Roll It Back

Check it Out!, Star Moments

Well, with Halloween behind us and the holidays fast approaching I think it is the perfect time to just take a moment to roll it back. Speaking of which, rolling back the clock isn’t as fun as it used to be. I remember having to manually do this.  Do you?  It was fun for one moment to feel like you were a little time god and could, with one twist of that little watch nob, relive a whole hour of your life.
What did you choose to do with that hour?  I made the most of it but I’m not talking about that here!  Now a days the gadgets we have do it themselves.  It’s not fun!  Can you imagine how lazy we have to be to not even have to physically be part of that time change anymore.
I still have clocks in my place I have to adjust!  I like doing it.  So ya, with everything going on in the world I’m talking about clock time adjustment.  Hmmm.  It’s been a dry week for me; what can I say?
I’m not trying to avoid the obvious topic but I think I’m going to have to pass on my thoughts about the whole thing.  I thought I may have an antidote or two for you but it’s just a dark whole of consciousness and I just can’t find the words to say what is on my mind.  So I’ll talk about the time, the weather, whether size does in fact matter and remembering at the end of the day the space that my little bearded body takes up is a lot less then the entire mass of hatred looming in the election year of a century.
I decided to hold off on writing this blog because I wanted to share a night with the Pentatonix!  It was last night and well you can’t talk about something until it actually happens.  I just needed some time away from the news and what better way to clear the mind but by being blown away by some entertainment!
Seriously.  They were mind blowing!  Their vocals are unlike anything I’ve ever heard.  It seem like there is nothing they can’t do.  They played the Air Canada Center.  I actually really dislike that venue and wish bands would stop playing there.  I’ll never get my wish.
The range of vocal ability is just breathtaking.  The audience went crazy.  I think the most enthusiasm I’ve seen at a concert in years.  I haven’t been to a tonne of shows but certainly my opinion is the only one that matters so there you have it.  Oh my goodness to much Trump T.V.
Alright people around the globe do what you can to make the world a better place and don’t forget to buy the new Christmas album from the Pentatonix!  It’s awesome, if you’re into that kind of thing!
